Tru Vue® Conservation Conversation Promotion Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By participating in this promotion, each frame shop agrees to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to all independent frame shops who offer for sale Tru Vue® framing products, with a retail store-front located in the United States, excluding Rhode Island and Puerto Rico.

How to Participate
Frame shops may participate by signing up in response to a direct mail piece or email sent to the frame shop from Tru Vue regarding the promotion, a handout given to the frame shop by an authorized Tru Vue distributor or in response to a telephone call from a representative of Tru Vue. Only one sign up per frame shop location will be accepted. The frame shop is limited to only offering the promotion during the promotional period. The promotional period starts October 1, 2010 and ends October 31, 2010.

Each frame shop will be provided with 30 contest entry cards. During the promotion period, if a frame shop's customer asks about the Conservation Conversation contest or the participant discusses Tru Vue glazing products with the customer, the participant must present the customer with one of the contest entry cards, so long as there are entry cards available.

The customer must complete the entry card, supplying all of the requested information, and return the card to the participating frame shop where the card was obtained. The participating frame shop must then mail the entry card to Tru Vue and ensure the entry cards are postmarked by November 15, 2010. Entry cards received with a postmarked date before or after the promotional period are void. Limit one entry per customer. No copies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.

Each time the participant's employee presents the customer with one of the 30 contest entry cards, and the customer purchases a qualifying Tru Vue product, the participant's employee is eligible to receive a sales incentive. The participant's employee is eligible to receive $.99 for each Conservation Clear® purchase and $4.99 for each Museum Glass® purchase not to exceed 30 sales for a maximum of $149.70 per frame shop location.

Incentive Submission Requirements
When returning the entry cards to Tru Vue, the participating frame shop must complete the employee incentive submission form enclosed in the program start kit to initiate payment of the employee incentive portion of the program. This form must be signed by the owner or manager of the frame shop. The customer invoice(s) showing the qualified purchase of Conservation Clear or Museum Glass must be enclosed with the submission to receive an incentive for the purchase(s).

The employee incentive is payable to the employee based on the first and last name provided on the submission form. The frame shop is not eligible to receive an employee incentive payable to the frame shop. Frame shop employees are eligible to receive $.99 for each Conservation Clear purchase and $4.99 for each Museum Glass purchase not to exceed 30 purchases for a maximum of $149.70 per frame shop location. Purchases made before or after the promotional period are not eligible for an incentive.

Each participating frame shop's submission that shows more than 10 Museum Glass purchases, with proof of purchase, is eligible to receive a rebate voucher valid for $24.99 off their next purchase of Museum Glass through an authorized Tru Vue distributor. At the conclusion of this promotion, the rebate voucher will be mailed by Tru Vue to the eligible frame shop. To redeem the rebate voucher, the participating frame shop must purchase Museum Glass through an authorized Tru Vue distributor and then submit their rebate claim to Tru Vue along with their distributor invoice reflecting the Museum Glass purchase. All rebate claims must be postmarked by March 14, 2011.
